Pastor Raymond E. Cullar is the Founder and Senior Pastor of New Beginning In Christ Ministries located Chicago’s south-side. Pastor Cullar served the City of Chicago as a member of the Chicago Fire department for over 29 years, retiring in 2015 as a Captain to further focuse on building the kingdom of God.

Pastor Cullar serves faithfully in the Chicago community preaching the newness of mankind in Christ as stated in II Corinthians 5:17. He applies his experience from the streets of Chicago to witness passionately throughout the United States and globally. God has called him to minister to the broken-hearted and down-trodden through the dynamic teaching of the Gospel.

Elder Raymond E. Cullar was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. As the oldest of sixsiblings he learned to lead and carry thise teachings into his career and ministry. Pastor Cullar has been married to Evangelist Rose Cullar for 45 years; he is the father of three children and grandfather of five.
